For most of the past week, I've met my step count. The 12th I just hurt too bad to make my count.
I weighed in this morning, I'd lost .7 pounds. Not a great number but it's going the right direction so I won't complain.
This week, I'll be upping my step count to 7000 steps by the 21st.

I'm using this as my background on my desktop. So far, it's kept me moving this week. We'll see how I feel about it at 7000 steps.
